Basic This is our free basic plan that you can use for FREE. It includes 40+ unique features related to child care management. We cover unlimited kids within this plan.

Premium This is our fully powered plan that costs $1.99 per child per month. It includes advanced features like contactless check-in, fee & bill generation, attendance management, and personalized support.

How can a parent/teacher join our school account?

This depends on the type of authentication mode defined while creating your account. Currently, Zinbucks supports the following modes of authentication :-

PhoneNumber - This type of authentication requires Preschool Admin to add the phone number of each teacher/parents into the organization using the self-service platform. In this mode, the teacher/parents are automatically added as soon as they activate their account using their phone number.
OpenToken - This type of authentication requires teacher/parents to go to "Zinbucks App -> Settings -> Add or Edit Group/Company" and enter the specific "OpenToken" selected by the school Admin. This token is shared with the teacher/parents personally via a separate communication channel.
PhoneNumber OR OpenToken - This type of authentication requires either teacher/parents "PhoneNumber" or "OpenToken," i.e., either admin can add the teacher/parents phone number on the Admin panel, or share the OpenToken with the teacher/parents.
PhoneNumber AND OpenToken - This type of authentication is most secured and requires both authentication factors, i.e., "PhoneNumber" AND "OpenToken".
